The service.

BeSure, run by Done Yesterday, LLC, checks what AI assistants say about your school, writes suggested text changes for your website, and emails them to your web team when you ask it to.

Your account

You must work for, or be authorized to act for, the school whose email you confirm.
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
One owner per school.

Acceptable use.

Do not claim a school you do not work for or represent; do not try to break, overload or get around the service’s limits; do not use it to send email to anyone other than your school’s own web team.

What we do not promise

We do not control ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google or any other AI assistant. We cannot guarantee that an answer will change, or when. It usually takes days to six weeks after your changes are live.
AI answers and suggested changes can contain mistakes. Review every change before it goes on your website. Your school decides what to publish.

Your content.

Facts and edits you enter stay yours. You let us use them to run the service.

Fees.

BeSure costs $499 a month per school, or $4,990 a year per school, billed in advance by Stripe, or by invoice on request. Prices exclude any taxes that apply. Monthly plans are month to month; yearly plans run for a year at a time. Cancel any time from Billing; you keep access until the end of the month or year you paid for. We do not refund part months or part years.

Liability.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
